Photoelectric sensor (၂)

Through-beam Sensors ေတြမွာ၊ emitter နဲ႔ receiver တို႔ကို၊ မၽက္နွာၿခင္းဆိုင္တတ္ဆင္ထားပါတယ္။ sensing object ဟာ၊ emitter မွထုတ္လြွင္႔တဲ႔ emitting light ဆိုတဲ႔ light beam ကိုၿဖတ္သန္းတဲ႔ အခါ၊ receiver မွာလက္ခံရရိွမယ္႔ light beam ရဲ႕ light intensity amount ေလၽွာ႔ကၽသြားၿပီး၊ light intensity amount ေလၽွာ႔ကၽသြားၿခင္းမွတဆင္႔ detect လုပ္ၿခင္းၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။ emitter နဲ႔ receiver တို႔အႀကားမွာ object မရိွတဲ႔အခၽိန္မွာ၊ switch ON တဲ႔၊ through-beam sensor မၽိဳးကို၊ Light Switching လို႔ သတ္မွတ္ ၿပီး၊ emitter နဲ႔ receiver တို႔အႀကားမွာ object ရိွေနစဥ္၊ switch ON တဲ႔၊ through-beam sensor မၽိဳးကို၊ Dark Switching လို႔႔သတ္မွတ္ပါတယ္။

application အမၽိဳးအစားေပါါမူတည္ၿပီး၊ emitter နဲ႔ receiver တို႔ကို၊ integrated အေနနဲ႔ ေနရာယူမွဳကို ၿခံုဳ႕ကာ၊ object ကို detect လုပ္တဲ႔ Slot through-beam sensor သို႔မဟုတ္ Self contained through-beam sensors ေတြကိုလည္း၊ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ through-beam sensors ေတြကို၊ long sensing distances ranging အေနနဲ႔ အသံုးၿပဳနိဳင္သလို၊ sensing object path changes တနည္းအားၿဖင္႔ sensing object တခုနဲ႔တခု အကြာအေဝး အေၿပာင္းအလဲရိွခဲ႔လၽွင္လည္း၊ sensor မွာ effect မၿဖစ္ေပါါတဲ႔အတြက္၊ stable operation အေနနဲ႔ အသံုးၿပဳနိဳင္ပါတယ္။

ဒါ႔အၿပင္ application အေပါါမူတည္ၿပီး၊ Self contained through-beam sensor ေတြကို၊ L-shaped sensors ေတြနဲ႔ Dynamic optical window sensors ေတြအၿဖစ္အသံုးၿပဳတာ၊ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။
